Honda Rebel description
This is a good motorcycle for a beginner, light and has a low saddle height. I bought the Rebel nine months ago to learn how to ride. Commuted to work every day but the day it snowed. I liked riding so much, I bought a bigger motorcycle. Time to let some one else enjoy riding the Honda Rebel.
Runs great - 60 to 70 miles per gallon - less than 4700 miles -- oil recently changed -- tires in good shape
234cc four-stroke twin, electric start, screw-type valve adjusters, constant-velocity carburetor, five-speed, automatic cam-chain tensioner, spoke wheels with chrome rims, pullback handlebar, two-piece custom-styled seat, maintenance-free battery, push-to-cancel turn-signal switch
I checked the price for a similar used Honda Rebel at a local motorcycle dealer. They sold a 2007 with 17635 miles for $2495. This motorcycle is two years, new with 12000 less miles and almost $1000 dollars cheaper.
Asking $1498.00

So that's why he's called RANDY de Puniet
Tue, 20 Jul 2010 00:00:00 -0700RANDY de Puniet may well have just been ejected from his LCR Honda RC212V MotoGP racer during qualifying for Sunday's Sachsenring GP but that ain't gonna stop him from bringing one of the company perks with him to Dr Costa's on-circuit surgery. The Frenchman crashed during qualifying after hitting oil and water spilled on track by Jorge Lorenzo's Fiat Yamaha, after it spewed its guts along almost the entire length of the start finished straight. Following the crash De Puniet was whisked away on a stretcher with a suspected broken foot.
Honda's V-4 History
Tue, 06 Oct 2009 00:00:00 -0700As Honda prepares its new VFR1200 for its official unveiling, the red-wing company has set up a website detailing its long involvement in V-4 engines. It began back in 1979 with the introduction of the NR500 grand prix racebike. Rather than fielding a 500cc two-stroke engine, Honda used a four-stroke oval-piston V-4 motor – essentially a V-8 with four cylinders that could be revved to 19,500 rpm!
2014 Honda Forza Scooter Gets CARB Approval
Fri, 19 Apr 2013 00:00:00 -0700The Honda NSS300 Forza scooter has received approval from the California Air Resources Board. The 279cc scooter was first announced at the 2012 EICMA show for the European market and Canada, and it looks like it will be available for sale in the U.S. The Forza still needs to get a certificate of conformity from the Environmental Protection Agency, but that should not be difficult after getting the O.K.
